Cookies and Cream Parfait
5.1 ounce package Instant Chocolate pudding (prepared according to package directions)
Oreo mousse:
1-1/3 cups heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix 7 Oreos, broken
1 cup whipped cream
1. Place parfait containers (5 ounces) at an angle in a muffin pan.
2. Quickly pour pudding into cups. Work fast so the pudding doesn’t set up before you have filled your cups. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3. In a stand mixer whip cream, sugar, and vanilla pudding mix whip until soft peaks form.
4. Add Oreos and whip until cookies are broken. Transfer to a piping bag and snip a large corner. Pipe at an angle over pudding.
