Frozen Brown Sugar Coffee Pie

Frozen Brown Sugar Coffee Pie
Crust:
1 1⁄4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1⁄4 dark brown sugar
1⁄3 cup salted butter, melted
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
1⁄4 cup instant coffee
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1. In a small mixing bowl toss graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until the crumbs are completely coated. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Freeze until ready to fill.
2. In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment whip cream, brown sugar, and instant coffee and beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Add sweetened condensed milk and whip until just combined. Pour filling into the crust and freeze overnight (at least 8 hours).
3. In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment whip cream, sugar, and vanilla until medium peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with large star tip and pipe swirls on the pie. Serve. Store leftovers in the freezer.
