White Chocolate Raspberry Blondie
Blondies are a personal favorite and this white chocolate and raspberry version is no exception! You can whip them up quickly, but they never last long.
White Chocolate Raspberry Blondie
1/2 cup salted butter, melted
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup white chips
â…” cup frozen raspberries, broken up
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla whisk until completely combined.Â
2. Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. Use a spatula stir until combined. Add white chips and frozen raspberries mix until incorporated. Spread into a parchment lined and sprayed 8 inch square pan.Â
4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
